Cognitive load theory is an instructional design which emphasizes the limited nature of working memory's capacity to process information. The fact that prospective Mathematics teachers have interest difficult material while very closely related This less optimal efforts. research a qualitative descriptive study aims at describing aspects resilience load-based by using variable examples. findings showed stages based on with examples were giving orientation material, organizing examples, assistance work completion, presenting results, and evaluating. As conclusion, appear perseverance, adaptiveness, creativity, self-motivation, curiosity, self-control. Keywords: load, resilience, examples-based learning. Abstrak: Teori beban kognitif merupakan teori pembelajaran yang menekankan pada sifat terbatasnya kemampuan memori kerja dalam pemrosesan informasi. Beban germane salah satu mendukung sehingga peserta didik memiliki usaha terus menerus memahami materi. Usaha dilakukan sampai mendapatkan hasil diinginkan disebut resiliensi. Permasalahan terjadi adalah calon guru matematika minat terbatas materi sulit. Minat sangat berhubungan erat dengan ini mengakibatkan kurang maksimal Penelitian penelitian deskriptif kualitatif tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aspek resiliensi berbasis menggunakan Hasil menunjukkan tahapan exemples orientasi materi, mengorganisasi exemples, membimbing pengerjaan, menyajikan hasil, dan mengevaluasi. Kesimpulan muncul ketekunan, daya adaptasi, kreativitas, motivasi diri, rasa keingintahuan, kontrol diri. Kata kunci: kognitif, resiliensi, contoh variable.
